Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Fansoci. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to follow these Terms and the Community Rules.

1. Eligibility and accounts

Fansoci is intended for teen users ages 13–17, subject to local law and any required parent or guardian consent. You must provide accurate registration information, protect your login credentials and use only accounts you are authorized to use.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. By posting content, you give Fansoci the permissions reasonably necessary to host, display, transmit and process that content for operation of the service and the audience you selected.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to exploit or endanger minors, share sexual or nude content, harass or threaten others, promote hate or violence, impersonate people, scam users, distribute malware, expose private information, evade safety controls, or violate applicable law or the rights of others.

4. Messages, Live Streaming and interactions

Use private messaging, calls and Live Streaming responsibly. Do not pressure anyone to share private images, personal information or off-platform contact details. Streamers and viewers must follow the same Community Rules that apply everywhere else on the service.

5. Moderation and enforcement

We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, end Live streams or take other proportionate action when we reasonably believe these Terms, our Community Rules or safety requirements have been violated. Serious threats or suspected exploitation may be escalated where appropriate.

6. Points and virtual gifts

Points and virtual gifts are in-service features unless the site operator expressly states otherwise. They do not represent cash, a bank account, stored monetary value or a promise of payment.

7. Availability and changes

Features may change, be limited, interrupted or discontinued. We work to keep the service reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted availability.

8. Account termination

You may deactivate or delete your account using available account controls. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security reasons or legal requirements.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
