Fansoci is a social community designed for people aged 13–17 to connect, share Shouts, express Moods, post Stories, and build friendships. We aim to make participation welcoming, respectful, and age-appropriate.
Every member helps shape the community. Be kind, protect your personal information, and speak up if something feels unsafe. The Safety Center and Community Guidelines explain how.
Have a question about an account, a technical problem, a privacy request, or a community-safety concern? Contact the site team through the secure request form below when signed in, or use the administrator's published email address if available.
Explain the issue and, when relevant, provide a username, approximate date, and a short description. Never send passwords, verification codes, financial details, or sensitive images through a support request.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a trusted adult. A website report is not an emergency response service.

Open your profile and choose Change Profile Photo. Select a supported image and save.
Find a user in Explore, visit their profile, and use Add Friend. You can manage your friendships from Friends.
Use each post's audience options and review your privacy settings. Do not assume a post is private unless the selected audience confirms it.
Open their profile or the relevant post or message and choose the available Block or Report option. Explain the issue clearly.
Friendship, blocking, account restrictions, and age-based safety settings may limit direct messaging.
Send a request through Contact Us. Do not share your password with anyone claiming to be staff.
Your safety matters. Use the platform's reporting and privacy tools and involve a trusted adult when something worries you.
Threats, coercion, bullying, sexual requests, exploitation, blackmail, grooming, and requests for intimate images are unacceptable. Do not comply with threats or send additional material.
Stop engaging, preserve relevant details, use Block and Report, and tell a trusted adult. If you believe you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Age-based messaging restrictions may apply. These measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee a person's stated age or eliminate every threat.
Fansoci is intended for members aged 13–17. Joining or using the service means following these community rules.
No bullying, repeated unwanted contact, threats, humiliation, hate-based abuse, or discriminatory harassment. Respect requests to stop communicating.
Do not solicit sexual content, exploit or groom minors, share sexual images involving minors, or pressure anyone for intimate images or personal contact information. Report suspected exploitation immediately.
Do not publish another person's private data, impersonate someone, share screenshots or intimate material without consent, or stalk or track members.
Do not post graphic violence, pornography, instructions for dangerous acts, self-harm encouragement, illegal activity, or other material that puts members at risk.
Do not send repetitive unsolicited messages, distribute malware, run scams, create misleading accounts, or manipulate engagement.
Provide an accurate birth date. Do not attempt to bypass age restrictions, safety measures, suspensions, or other account controls.
Share only content you have the right to post. Do not infringe copyright or misuse trademarks, identities, or confidential information.
Members can report unsafe content and behavior. Depending on seriousness, staff may remove content, warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate an account. Serious safety concerns may require appropriate escalation. Enforcement may consider context and repetition.
If you believe an action was incorrect, contact the administrators with the account name and relevant details. Retaliation against reporters is prohibited.
This policy explains the categories of personal information that a Fansoci website may process and the choices available to its members. The website operator must review and complete this policy before public launch to reflect actual hosting, contact details, retention periods, and applicable law.
Registration requests a username, email, birth date, gender, country, password, profile photo, and agreement to the Privacy Policy. Members may also choose to share profile details, posts, moods, stories, comments, and messages.
The service records necessary account and activity information, such as friendship requests, reactions, reports, message delivery data, and account or moderation status. Web hosting may also record technical information needed for security and troubleshooting.
Information supports account creation, sign-in, social features, moderation, service security, abuse prevention, and responses to support or privacy requests. Birth dates help apply age eligibility and age-based safety restrictions.
Visibility depends on the content type, selected audience, friendship settings, and moderation access. Other members may see information you choose to share. Authorized staff may review reports and records needed to enforce rules. Do not assume that a post or message is private merely because it is not public.
The operator must document retention periods, backups, deletion procedures, and any legal preservation requirements before publishing this policy. Account deletion and data requests can be submitted through the available support process.
Use a unique password and report suspected account compromise. No internet service can promise absolute security. The operator should keep software updated, restrict staff access, and maintain appropriate backups.
The service is designed for ages 13–17. The operator is responsible for meeting any applicable child-privacy and parental-consent requirements where it operates.
Contact the administrator through Contact Us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or other applicable privacy rights. The operator must supply its legal identity and contact details before the site is publicly launched.
By creating an account or using Fansoci, you agree to follow these Terms of Service and the Community Guidelines. The operator should verify and customize these terms before public launch.
Fansoci is intended for people aged 13–17. You must provide accurate registration information and comply with applicable laws and any required parental-consent rules. Accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements may be restricted or closed.
Keep your password confidential, do not share your account, and notify the site team if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for the content and actions associated with your account, subject to applicable law.
Do not share unlawful, abusive, misleading, exploitative, or infringing content. Respect privacy, consent, and intellectual-property rights. You retain responsibility for the content you submit.
The operator may review reports, remove or restrict content, limit features, and suspend or terminate accounts for rule violations or safety reasons. Enforcement decisions may depend on severity and context.
Features, availability, and rules may change. Significant changes should be communicated through an appropriate notice before they take effect where required by law.
The website may experience interruptions or maintenance. Any warranty limitations or liability terms must be reviewed for compliance with local law; these terms do not remove mandatory legal protections.
Contact the site team for support or to dispute a moderation decision. The operator must add its legal identity, governing jurisdiction, effective date, and legally appropriate dispute procedures before publishing these terms.
Cookies are small pieces of data stored by a browser. Local storage is a related browser feature used to remember preferences.
The PHP application uses a session cookie to keep you signed in, protect forms against unauthorized submissions, and support normal website operation. Disabling essential cookies may prevent the service from working correctly.
Your browser may store a light-mode or dark-mode preference so the website remembers how you want it to look.
The operator must check hosting tools, plugins, embedded YouTube videos, and any analytics or advertising tools for additional cookies or data collection. These may require further disclosures or consent mechanisms under applicable law.
You can clear or restrict cookies through your browser settings. Some features may then stop working. Contact the operator for questions about any additional cookies used on the live site.
If you encounter bullying, harassment, fraud, impersonation, threats, exploitation, or inappropriate content, please report it.
Use the Report option directly on a post, comment, story, profile, or private message when available. This helps moderators identify the exact item.
Use the report form below (when signed in), and include the username, what happened, and when it occurred. Do not submit passwords or sensitive images.
Block unwanted contact and tell a trusted adult if you feel unsafe. If a child is at immediate risk, contact local emergency services or the relevant child-protection authority. Do not wait for an online response.

Fansoci is intended for teenagers aged 13–17. Families and guardians play an important role in helping young people understand privacy, boundaries, and healthy online communication.
Discuss what information is safe to share, why strangers may misrepresent their identity, and how to recognize manipulation, grooming, scams, and cyberbullying.
Help your teen understand friend requests, audience settings, profile visibility, blocking, reporting, and age-based private-message restrictions.
Make it clear that a teen can ask for help without fear of punishment. If someone requests sexual images, threatens them, or tries to isolate them from trusted adults, preserve relevant details and contact appropriate support authorities.
Use Contact Us to raise a concern or request information. The operator may need to verify authority before sharing account-specific information. The site operator must separately comply with applicable child-privacy laws.
You may request removal of your Fansoci account through the request form below, when signed in. If you cannot sign in, use the published administrator contact address if available and explain that you need help with account deletion.
The site team must verify that the request comes from the account holder or another person lawfully authorized to act. They should explain the expected process and any data that must be retained for legal, security, or safety reasons. This request form does not delete your account immediately.
Save copies of any content you need and review your privacy settings. Avoid sending your password or other sensitive information in the request.
If you have lost access or believe the account is compromised, contact the support team for account recovery and deletion guidance.
